There is something special about warm, homemade gumbo...

The Cajun-born aroma.  The bold flavors of spices and fresh vegetables.  The generous variety of crawfish, crab, shrimp, sausage, and chicken.  It's a comfort food that is unmatched in our home...and now, we are bringing it to yours.

FANTASTIC!  The roux was perfect and it was meaty!  I love it!

Cooking gumbo is one of my favorite meals to make.  It's not only a crowd pleaser, but it brings back so many memories of my childhood.  As a little girl, I watched both of my grandmothers and my mother cook for friends and family in the community. 

 

When we all gathered around a big pot of gumbo, we would eat, talk, and laugh for hours!  This legacy of giving and serving through cuisine is what I am proud to continue.  Gather Gumbo is a gift of love from our family to yours.  Enjoy!
